Green Ladder replaced our roof several months ago. They did a great job. But this morning we experienced a problem -- a leak began dripping onto us in our bed! Eric had someone out to the house within a few hours. As it turns out, it was not a roof leak, but was coming from several cracks and open spaces in our chimney. Eric authorized Ervin to immediately do the caulking to seal the problem areas. Moreover, he authorized him to do the same repair to a second chimney that is a suspected leaker. And he did this at no charge -- the leak was not due to any failure on Green Ladder's part, so I would have been happy to pay for the repair. So Green Ladder appears to not only stand behind their work, they also do more than that. That's really superb customer service. Gratitude to Eric! And to Ervin.
