David Reyes

Ceo

Born and raised in Pasadena, David Reyes entered the roofing industry at his father’s side and learned and built on it with over 10 years of hands-on work. As a kid he poured his energy into city sports—soccer at Villa Park, local club teams, and high-school athletics—and as an adult he channeled that same drive into helping others, giving back to his workers and community, and supporting the family that helped him get here.

Justin Garcia

PROJECT MANAGER

Hi, I'm Justin Garcia. Born and raised right here in Rancho Cucamonga, I take real pride in protecting homes in the same communities I grew up in. As a Project Manager at Green Ladder Roofing, I'm your point person from the first walkthrough to the final nail — coordinating crews, materials, and inspections so your project moves on schedule and nothing slips through the cracks. I treat every home like it's on my own street, which means clear updates, straight answers, and showing up when I say I will. I'm committed to keeping the jobsite clean, the timeline honest, and the workmanship at the standard our GAF Master Elite certification demands. My goal is simple: deliver a roof you're proud of and an experience you'd recommend to your neighbor.

Eric Ramirez

Production Manager

Hi, I’m Eric, the Production Manager at Green Ladder Roofing. I oversee everything to make sure your project feels smooth from day one to final sweep—importing the right materials, looking after our crews, managing schedules, and coordinating deliveries. I treat your home like I’d treat my own: I care about the craftsmanship and the people doing the work. You’ll notice the difference in clean staging, proactive communication, and a finished roof you can trust. My promise: a process that makes your life easier, a site that respects your home and neighborhood, and a result built with pride and performance.

Jesse Gonzalez

Inspector

Hi, I’m Jesse. I’m a second-generation roofer and lead inspector at Green Ladder Roofing with over ten years in the trade. I visit homes across Southern California to evaluate every roof before any work begins; checking fire-rating, code compliance, ventilation, flashing, and structural integrity. My mission: catch the issues others miss so you don’t inherit surprises. I’m bilingual (English/Spanish) and believe clear communication is just as important as quality materials. When I leave your site, I want you feeling confident your roof is safe, strong, and built with care for your family and your neighborhood.

Connor Guiltinan

PROJECT MANAGER

Hey, I'm Connor Guiltinan. I run projects at Green Ladder Roofing the way I'd want one run on my own family's home — proactive, organized, and zero guesswork for the homeowner. My job is to think three steps ahead: timing the weather window, making sure materials hit the driveway before the crew does, and catching the small stuff before it becomes tomorrow's problem. Being a Glendale native, the homes I manage aren't just addresses on a work order — they're in the neighborhoods I've known my whole life, and that's not something I take lightly. You'll hear from me with real updates, not vague check-ins, and if something shifts, you'll know about it first. With our GAF Master Elite certification behind every project, you're getting the top tier of the trade — and a PM whose name you'll actually remember.

Edgar Chavez

Service Department Manager

Hi, I'm Edgar Chavez, Logistics Manager at Green Ladder Roofing. You probably won't see me on your jobsite — but if everything's running smoothly, that's partly my job done right. I'm the one making sure every shingle, underlayment roll, and accessory hits the right driveway on the right day, so the crew never slows down and your timeline never slips. That means staying tight with our suppliers, tracking inventory before it becomes a problem, and double-checking every order so the right product reaches the right project. Logistics is where most roofing delays actually come from — and I take it personally that ours don't. Backed by our GAF Master Elite certification, every project gets the materials it deserves, exactly when it needs them.

Santiago Padilla

Project Manager

Hi, I’m Santiago. I’m a project manager at Green Ladder Roofing, and my job is to make your project feel straightforward and well cared for. I set a clear plan, keep the timeline honest, and check in with photo updates so you always know what’s next. I translate the technical into plain choices, take time for your questions, and adjust the schedule around your day. I coordinate inspectors, crews, and deliveries so your home stays protected and your street stays tidy. I’m bilingual (English/Spanish), so if it’s easier to discuss details en español, I’ve got you. My goal is simple: a smooth process, a clean finish, and a roof you’ll feel confident recommending to a neighbor.

Danny Montoya

PROJECT MANAGER

Danny is the person who makes sense of it all for you.

A roof is one of the biggest investments a homeowner ever makes — and most of the time, it's the one they understand the least. Danny's job is to fix that. From the first walkthrough to the final inspection, he's the one breaking down what's actually going on with your roof, what your real options are, and what each one means for your home, your timeline, and your budget. No jargon. No pressure. Just a straight conversation with someone who knows roofs inside and out.

Born and raised in Northridge, Danny treats every SGV homeowner the way he'd want a contractor treating his own family — answering the phone when you call, walking you through every decision, and never letting you feel like you're guessing.

Behind the scenes, he's the one coordinating with the crew on install dates, lining up material deliveries, and keeping every moving piece on schedule. In front of the scenes, he's the steady voice on the other end of the line making sure you always know what's happening next.

Nicolas Solis

ESTIMATOR

Nicolas is the reason your project never hits a snag you didn't see coming.

Before a single shingle gets ordered or a single crew gets scheduled, Nicolas has already walked the numbers three times, double-checked the scope against the field measurements, and filed the permits with the city. He's the quiet operator behind every Green Ladder job — the one making sure the estimate is airtight, the paperwork is bulletproof, and the project manager walks onto your property with every approval, every detail, and every contingency already handled.

Most roofing companies treat permits and estimates like paperwork. Nicolas treats them like the foundation the whole project sits on. Because they are. A missed permit can shut a job down for weeks. A loose estimate can turn a fixed price into a surprise bill. Nicolas's job is to make sure neither of those things ever happens to a Green Ladder homeowner.

Ezequiel Romero

FOREMAN

I've been with Green Ladder for over five years, and most of my life has been right here in the San Gabriel Valley. I know these neighborhoods like the back of my hand. I know what these houses go through every season. So when I walk your property, I'm not running a checklist — I'm looking at it the way I'd look at my own home. My crew follows my lead because I lead from the ladder, not from the truck. If I'm on your roof, you can count on it being done right.

Ervin Benites

Superintendent

Hi, I’m Irvin. I’ve been with Green Ladder Roofing since the early days—watching us grow from startup to a multi-million-dollar business, and now leading on-site every day to make sure every job hits our high standard. I bring hands-on organization, coordination, and oversight to ensure crews have what they need, schedules stay on track, and each job wraps cleanly and right. My focus is on efficiency, safety, and quality—so you’ll notice steady progress, tidy staging, and finishes built to last. I’m committed to the company’s growth just as much as your home’s protection. When you choose us, you get a superintendent who treats your project like it’s his own.

Adan Puebla

FOREMAN

I run my crew with patience and precision. I don't take shortcuts, and I don't let my guys take them either. From tear-off to flashing, I walk every step of the job to make sure the work meets Green Ladder's standard — not just code. Whether it's a Craftsman home in Pasadena or a Spanish revival in Arcadia, I treat every property like it's the only one on my schedule. Honest work, sharp eyes, no surprises.

Adelmir Perez Cifuentes

LOGISTICS

I'm the guy behind the scenes who makes sure your project never stops moving. Every crew, every truck, every material drop — that's on me. Whether it's a delivery in Altadena or an early-morning run out to Monrovia, if the right shingle, the right underlayment, or the right tool needs to be on a roof by 7 AM, I've already handled it. I keep it quiet, fast, and reliable — so the foremen and homeowners never have to think about it.

Alexander Morales

FOREMAN

I run a calm, clean job site. I keep homeowners in the loop because that's what I'd want if it were my house. From full re-roofs in Sierra Madre to detailed repairs in San Marino, I lead my crew with a steady hand and a clear standard — do the work right, respect the property, leave it better than we found it. When Green Ladder puts its name on a roof I've finished, that means something to me.
