About Our CEO — David Reyes

Born and raised in Pasadena, David Reyes entered the roofing industry at his father’s side and learned and built on it with over 10 years of hands-on work. As a kid he poured his energy into city sports—soccer at Villa Park, local club teams, and high-school athletics—and as an adult he channeled that same drive into helping others, giving back to his workers and community, and supporting the family that helped him get here.

A second-generation roofer with 10+ years in the field, David turned early responsibility into high standards. He has led meaningful projects across Southern California—from helping families rebuild after the Eaton Canyon fires in Altadena, to improving roofs for schools and bringing safety back to countless homes through careful workmanship and clear communication.

At 29, David leads Green Ladder Roofing with steady, family-first values and the kind of grit you can feel on a jobsite. His path is one of determination and willpower, and it shows in the way the company delivers: craftsmanship, transparency, and genuine customer care—so homeowners can make one confident choice and rest easy under it.
